MYTH OFF. REALITY ON.

Everyone today is chasing a unicorn—that mythical, flawless creative-business-strategist-producer hybrid who can do everything, everywhere, all at once. But if we’re being honest, a unicorn is, by definition, something that doesn’t exist. And somewhere along the way, our industry let that myth turn into perfectionism that actually slows down greatness.

I won’t call myself a unicorn—that would be arrogant and inaccurate. What I will say is this: I’ve built a career defined by award-winning creative, performance-driven results, and a gut instinct earned through decades of building brands, leading teams, and steering growth as a creative, brand, and business strategist. I move fluidly—from creative director to marketing strategist, from brand architect to business thinker, from hands-on maker to fractional and partner-level leader—because the real world demands range, not mythology.

At the end of the day, I make things for real people. Analysis matters. Strategy matters. Ideas matter. But only if the work honors human lives, solves real problems, and sparks the kind of emotional connection that actually moves someone.

The truth? The only “unicorn” that really matters isn’t a single person. It’s a well-built team—one assembled for trust, collaboration, performance, and shared ambition.

I’ve spent my career shaping those teams—and co-building the brands, campaigns, and launches they bring to life. And when I’m not doing that, I’m hanging with Cowboy Carter—my rescue Staffy and daily reminder that curiosity, joy, and loyalty fuel the best ideas.
