I led a talented, cross-functional team to rebuild BOSS Audio from the chassis up—sharpening its rebellious DNA while elevating its value for everyday drivers. Together, we aligned brand, social, events, influencers, Amazon strategy, and a rebuilt DTC site into a unified system that redefined what an economy audio brand could look, feel, and sound like.

As part of the executive table, I helped lead a two-year, $3M+ build of Modus—naming, branding, product lines, packaging, social, website, and full creative messaging campaigns. We engineered a cohesive ecosystem across multimedia, 3D video, and high-end visualizations. It all culminated in a $300K, one-night-only VIP experience that became an instant benchmark, earning direct comparisons to Apple in innovation, craft, and launch ambition.
